ALPHA10X is looking for a skilled Senior AI Engineer. Reporting to our CTO, your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain AI agents and workflows using LangGraph, integrated with our Azure-based platform. Using our knowledge graph and web data, you will orchestrate LLM-based agents that perform reasoning, search, and data processing tasks. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define agent behaviors and integrate them into product features. You’ll follow agile best practices and ensure robustness through unit testing, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Workflow Design: Build robust, specialized LangGraph agents that orchestrate reasoning, search, and knowledge integration tasks using LLMs and vector/graph databases
• Tooling, Planning & Specialized Agents: Develop reusable tools and specialized LangGraph agents with clearly defined roles, memory management (e.g., context-aware short/long-term memory), and dynamic tool selection. Lead the creation of planners, controllers, and evaluators for multi-agent systems
• LLM AgentOps & CI/CD: Develop, deploy, and monitor LangGraph-based LLM agents in a production-grade environment. Implement testing, observability, and evaluation frameworks (unit tests, hallucination checks, guardrails)
• Data Integration & Transformation: Design and deploy pipelines that transform heterogeneous internal and external data into structured formats consumable by agents

What We Are Looking For

• Mandatory minimum qualifications
• Master’s degree in computer science
• 5+ years of significative experience (internships excluded) in AI Engineering
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Hard Skills
• Outstanding programming skills in Python and problem solving
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, AI agents and LLMs
• Hands-on experience with production-grade ML systems
• Familiarity with Document databases (CosmosDB, MongoDB), Graph databases (Neo4J) and ELK
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services experience (Databricks, Azure Data Factory and Azure DevOps)
