Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our innovative technology team.

In this position, you will oversee the development, implementation, and support of our Microsoft 365 environment. You will work closely with team members to optimize performance, ensure compliance, and provide outstanding service to our users.

Feel free to work remotely from anywhere across Latvia or connect with colleagues at our Riga office.

Responsibilities

• Apply updates and new capabilities to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Define user requirements and translate them into technical specifications with team members
• Enforce compliance and implement M365 performance best practices
• Resolve complex issues encountered by users
• Offer technical insights and support to ensure a smooth experience with M365 applications
• Document configurations and procedures related to Microsoft 365 environments
• Monitor Microsoft 365 service performance and usage trends
• Utilize new Microsoft 365 features to improve system functionality
• Develop and implement policies for effective use of Microsoft 365
• Deliver technical assistance for Microsoft 365-related projects
• Participate in Agile activities, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups to streamline workflows
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience as an M365 Engineer or a similar role in global and agile environments
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
• Proficiency in programming languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#
• Familiarity with cloud technologies with a focus on Azure
• Exceptional problem-solving capability and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Proven ability to manage tasks independently while excelling in collaborative scenarios
• Background in security protocols and compliance standards applicable to Microsoft 365
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management capabilities
• Fluency in English with communication proficiency at a B2+ level

Salary range €3.4K-€4.9K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
