Product Manager - Print & Apply

About The Role

We’re looking for a Global Product Manager to join our dynamic Products & Services team, taking ownership of Domino’s market-leading Mx- and M-Series Print & Apply product lines. This high-impact role spans the full product lifecycle and offers the opportunity to shape a strategic product category that delivers real customer value across global markets.

You’ll work closely with established commercial and R&D teams to drive growth, profitability, and innovation. From translating market insights into compelling product roadmaps to launching new solutions with energy and momentum, this is a role where you’ll make a visible difference. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues and customers worldwide - bringing market needs into the heart of Domino and ensuring our product offering stays one step ahead.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with global market-facing teams to identify and prioritise commercial opportunities.
• Own and deliver a 'market-connected' 3-year roadmap, balancing market demands, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Provide clear, data-led inputs into product development programmes to support effective and creative delivery.
• Build and present compelling business cases for new opportunities.
• Define and execute Go-to-Market strategies and lead impactful product launches in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Analyse key business metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise product performance throughout the lifecycle.
  
  

About You

You’re technically aware, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with a proven track record in B2B product or commercial management.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• Strong understanding of the Coding and Marking industry and direct customer-facing experience.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience in Product, Business, or Commercial Management within a B2B setting.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ambition and drive to deliver on roadmap and business targets.
• Strong customer empathy, active listening skills, and a passion for solving real-world problems.
• Experience in delivering projects through cross-functional collaboration.
