We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic project team within the global banking sector. The role involves building a new application that helps Middle Office teams manage client trade limits and exposure. You'll collaborate closely with a Tech Lead based in Paris and work within a fast-paced Agile environment.

What You’ll Do:

Fullstack Development: Design and implement scalable web applications using Java Spring on the backend and React (JavaScript) on the frontend.

Agile Collaboration: Work as part of a distributed team, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies. Serve as a key point of contact between the local development team and international stakeholders.

Progress & Communication: Report task progress, identify potential blockers, and communicate risk factors that might impact delivery timelines.

Quality & Documentation: Maintain high code quality through regular code reviews, write clear technical documentation, and define automated test scenarios.

Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Support junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer in large-scale projects
• Strong expertise in Java Spring and React
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and containerization tools
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and collaborative development practices
• Background in financial services or trade finance is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across locations
