Backend Software Engineer

As a Full Stack Software Engineer , you will play a critical role in shaping both our product development and business strategy.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our remote-friendly team and work on cutting-edge projects that will shape the future of AI-driven growth platforms.

Responsibilities:

● System Architecture & Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems powering AI-driven workflows and data services.

● API & Data Infrastructure: Build and optimize APIs, ETL pipelines, and microservices for high-volume data ingestion, processing, and delivery.

● AI & Automation Integration:Collaborate with ML engineers to support AI agent integration, enabling semi-autonomous growth actions like outreach, lead scoring, and segmentation.

● Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS (or similar), with a focus on resilience, security, and cost-efficiency.

● Performance & Security: Ensure backend performance, stability, and data protection standards across all systems.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

● Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in both software engineering and AI/ML.

Required Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

● Proficiency in Python (preferred) or other general-purpose languages (e.g., Go, Node.js).

● Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Node.js.

● Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

● Experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS). ● Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, containerization (Docker), and serverless architecture.

● Ability to build and optimize ETL workflows and data pipelines.

● Strong experience integrating external APIs and third-party data sources.

● Strong grasp of security best practices and backend performance optimization.

● Experience working with LLM infrastructure, LangChain, or similar agent-based architectures.

● Methodologies & Tools: Comfort with Agile, version control systems (e.g., Git), and testing frameworks.

● Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

● Startup Experience: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and 0 to 1 product experience.

● Nice to have: Frontend Expertise: Solid foundation in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with libraries/frameworks like React.js and Angular.
