Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain complex mobile systems using Flutter, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them grow and improve their skills while ensuring high-quality deliverables;

Develop and enforce coding standards for security, scalability, and maintainability, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure consistency with design principles, system architecture, and best practices;

Explore and recommend new technologies to enhance the development process and system capabilities;

Independently solve complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions;

Document the software design, architecture, and system components clearly;

Collaborate with other departments to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You Must Have

Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer with strong expertise in Flutter(minimum of 3 years);
  
  

Advanced knowledge of GetX;

Expertisein unit and integration tests;

CI/CD knowledge;

Solid understanding of native Android and ioS platforms;

Channel knowledge for native integration;

Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and security,

Strong skills in conducting code reviews and ensuring design consistency;

Experience withmobile development tools, and a passion for exploring new technologies;

Excellentteamwork and collaboration skills;

Good communication skills in English (both speaking and writing);

Passion for supply chain and logistics is a plus.

Availability to go to the office, once or twice per month in Lisbon.
