Job Description

Technology Program Management Office is accountable and responsible for Building, creating, overseeing and guiding the cross-functional programs of the technology organization to success aligned with technology strategy. Creating program governance environment for enhanced performance across technology. Identify, build, grow, adopt & enhance technology program management skills within the team for continuous value driven delivery through collaboration, engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategy execution through identification, management and control of strategic initiatives / programs and cross functional capabilities (within the CTIO organization and including other CXOs organization)
• Deriving, initiating, managing, monitoring, governing and controlling of related programs / projects across Technology Department initiating out of strategic initiatives / programs / strategy
• Providing & extending periodic support on the following :
• Corporate strategic cross functional initiative / programs
• Strategic alliances / Partners engagements
• Strategic communication and reporting (like press releases, events, media communication etc.)
• Governance & control for portfolio management
• Performance management related to program delivery
• Process management related to cross functional capabilities
• Quality , Corporate Risk, Business Continuity, Internal Audit and External Regulatory & Government reporting
• SME for enterprise Project & Portfolio Management tool platform
• Responsible for leading team of vibrant program-cum-project managers delivering value through strategy execution
• Liaison with strategy & architecture teams in building execution strategy for strategic initiatives & programs thereby deriving and defining them
• Responsible for end-to-end management of multiple allocated programs / project in compliance to the program management framework, principles and standards
• Responsible for tracking incoming strategic requirements and management of the same via allocate projects against specific cross-functional business needs.
• Perform workflow management, by controlling high level gating stages of programs/initiatives
• Responsible to define, monitor and report on different types of associated KPI's / performance parameters
• Responsible to define program/project plans with dependencies, work breakdown structure, risks and issues, as well as track actuals against plan covering essentials such as scope, time, cost, quality, resources, procurement, risk, stakeholder, change, integration, impact analysis etc.
• Responsible to identify, control and manage change in reference to allocated program and their associated projects.
• Document and maintain all program and associated projects related documentations such as project plan, charters, assignment matrix, risk register, project progress report on the project management tool
• Establish and maintain simplified and effective collaboration between TPM and stakeholders.
• Responsible for timely reporting to management with different reports and dashboards on the projects/ programs under the responsibility.
• Manage and Enable identification and allocation of key resources to the Programs / initiatives and associated projects
• Responsible to perform analytics and calculation on financial records
• Perform basic analytics and calculation on project records from project/ management perspective, such as progress calculation, critical path etc
• Operational Plan preparation, finalization, approval and maintenance for related programs and projects
• Guidance and feedback to all members in the Program organization for establishing program plans and goals for various projects/milestones/tracks
• SME for enterprise Project & Portfolio Management tool platform

Qualifications

• Masters / Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years in the Telecommunications Industry
• 2+ years of management experience
• 2+ years of managing complex programs or projects
