Chief Revenue Officer / CCO / CRO

Their platform leverages natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and translation technologies to enhance text translation, content generation, and linguistic automation. Designed to meet the unique challenges of the Arabic language, they serve enterprises and institutions aiming to improve communication, localization, and operational efficiency across Arabic-speaking markets.


Job Purpose

The CCO is responsible for leading the company’s commercial strategy and execution of sales, marketing, and partnerships to drive revenue, market expansion, and profitability. This role demands strong executive leadership and frequent regional travel (KSA, Qatar, GCC) to ensure consistent execution.


Duties & Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and unlock revenue potential.
  • Build executive relationships and drive customer-centric innovation.


Revenue & Performance

  • Own revenue and profitability targets.
  • Implement sales strategies and monitor performance.
  • Forecast pipeline and manage budgets with full P&L accountability.


Sales & Customer Value

  • Lead a high-performing B2B sales organization.
  • Optimize sales structure and territory management.
  • Negotiate impactful commercial agreements.


Marketing & Brand

  • Develop marketing strategies for demand generation and brand growth.
  • Guide data-driven and creative campaigns.
  • Monitor trends and ensure market fit.


Partnerships

  • Nurture alliances and distribution channels.
  • Co-create solutions with product and innovation teams.
  • Lead joint ventures and ecosystem expansion.


Team Development

  • Empower senior leaders to drive commercial growth.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture and leadership development.


Data & Optimization

  • Use analytics to drive decisions and optimize commercial tactics.
  • Provide reports to CEO and Board on performance.


Executive Collaboration

  • Partner with C-suite on long-term vision.
  • Align financial tracking with the finance team.
  • Promote innovation and accountability across functions.


Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in tech or services.
  • Strong experience in the Middle East market, especially KSA.
  • Proven track record in SaaS/enterprise sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
