Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋
Actively looking for a new opportunity to work on a team focusing on projects with real business impact? Do you thrive in environments where you can help raise the bar for quality, drive collaboration, and mentor others to reach their full potential? If so, you might be in the right place!
Lightspeed is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Sales Orders team. Our customers are retailers who often manage complex, multi-touch sales processes — from recording customer orders to fulfilling them, and finalizing the sale once goods or services are delivered. In this role, you'll help define a vision for an ideal, seamless sales order experience and bring that vision to life through iterative design and delivery.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of transforming complex workflows into simple, clear customer journeys with user-friendly interfaces that seamlessly integrate with other workflows. You excel at identifying opportunities to deliver value and thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers and product managers to create exceptional customer experiences.
