ERP Solution Architect & Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect with Project Management expertise to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of ERP solutions across various business functions. The ideal candidate will bring both deep technical understanding of ERP systems and the ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment between technology, business requirements, and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture:

• Design scalable, secure, and integrated ERP solutions across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and other business domains
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints
• Evaluate and recommend ERP technologies and third-party tools based on fit, scalability, and ROI
• Ensure system integrity, data consistency, and architectural alignment with enterprise standards
• Work with developers, business analysts, and end users to ensure successful design and delivery

Project Management:

• Lead ERP implementation or enhancement projects through full lifecycle (initiation to go-live and post-support)
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage testing, user training, and change management activities

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or Project Manager role
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and vendor management skills
• PMP, TOGAF, or similar certifications are an asset
• Experience in multi-site or cross-border ERP rollouts is a plus
• Must be willing to travel to the U.S. as needed
