- Prepare and deliver strategic reports on country performance, market challenges, and growth initiatives to the executive leadership team.
Business Development & Commercial Growth:
- Spearhead business development activities by identifying, pursuing, and meeting with potential high-value clients.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of long-term power, energy, and data center service agreements to build a robust revenue pipeline.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and the economic landscape to identify new opportunities for expansion and innovation.
Project & Operational Oversight:
- Provide executive oversight for all project management activities, from site development and construction to the commissioning of data center facilities.
- Meet regularly with contractors, alongside the Project Manager, to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Establish the framework for operational excellence at our facilities, ensuring they meet industry-leading KPIs for uptime, energy efficiency (PUE), and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
