About The Role

We are seeking a skilled developer to build and optimize automated liquidity bots for crypto futures markets. You will play a critical role in designing systems that continuously manage order books, hedge exposure, and respond to market microstructure. Your work will directly influence market presence and execution quality on leading CEXs and DEXs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement latency-sensitive liquidity bots for perpetual/futures markets
• Build components for quoting, risk control, order tracking, and auto-hedging
• Integrate with multiple crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, OKX, Kucoin)
• Tune quoting logic (spreads, skew) using backtests and live data
• Monitor execution quality and market share; iterate on strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with quant, infrastructure, and devops teams for full-cycle deployment
  
  

Requirements

• Strong coding skills in C#, Python or Golang (async/event-driven architecture)
• Experience with exchange APIs (REST + WebSocket) and order management
• systems
• Good understanding of order books, futures funding, and hedging mechanics
• Familiarity with trading metrics: PnL attribution, slippage, latency profiling
• Bonus: experience with on-chain derivatives (dYdX, etc.)

• Familiarity with Uniswap V3/V4 liquidity mechanisms
• Experience using time-series databases or metrics frameworks (e.g., Prometheus)
• Contributions to open-source trading infra or bots
