Manager

We are looking for a Fintech Academic Expert to join us at Ahmedabad, Indore, Chandigarh and Gurgaon.

This role involves reviewing and enhancing fintech educational content, conducting research on emerging trends, developing case studies, and delivering engaging lectures.

In our Assurance (A&A) team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Java, Python, etc,with hands-on coding experience.
• Practical knowledge of:
• Cloud computing and data analytics
• Financial markets, online lending and digital payments
• Business Process Re-engineering
• Blockchain and cryptocurrency fundamentals
• AI/ML concepts, deep learning, and big data processing
• Cybersecurity, APIs, open banking, InsurTech or RegTech
• Accounting consideration in Fintech
• Practical experience with at least one of the following is preferred: Bloomberg Terminal (financial markets), Ethereum (blockchain development), or TensorFlow (AI/ML & big data processing).

Desired qualifications

• Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Fintech, Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, or Digital Banking.
• 5+ years of industry experience in the FinTech, banking, or financial services.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.

Location and way of working.

• Base location: Mumbai
• This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations Pan-India
• Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customized the hybrid approach to their unique needs.

Your role

• Review and give inputs on educational content related to fintech.
• Conduct research on current fintech trends and innovations and prepare case studies for fintech.
• Deliver lectures, train and guide student.
