Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 front-end developers
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-quality front-end solutions using modern technologies
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance
- Ensure consistency with established design systems and contribute to their evolution
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and feedback
- Collaborate closely with back-end developers, designers, product owners, and stakeholders
- Promote adherence to agile methodologies and support team development goals
- Drive innovation in front-end tooling, frameworks, and delivery processes
- Strong proficiency in CSS, Node.js, and Next.js
- Solid understanding of front-end architecture, web standards, accessibility, and performance
- Previous experience in a team leadership or senior development role
- Proven ability to manage and mentor other developers while delivering your own technical contributions
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based architecture
- Exposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for front-end applications
