About The Opportunity
- Survey and analysis of business and systems requirements;
- Interviews with stakeholders to understand demands;
- Creation of functional and technical documentation;
- Support in prioritizing the backlog with the Product Owner (PO);
- Follow-up of deliveries and support for the development team;
- Mapping and improvement of business processes;
- Support for homologation and testing of the functionalities delivered.
Hard Skllis:
- Advanced English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- 5+ years of business analysis experience, including leading projects and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for Agile project delivery
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proactiveness and sense of urgency
- Skilled in problem identification and solution delivery
- Ease of interaction and collaboration with other departments
- Results-oriented
