Machine Learning Engineer – Python Expert, Conversational AI

We are looking for talented machine learning engineers with strong Python skills to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the capabilities of our conversational AI system, focusing on speech recognition, natural language understanding, generative large language models (LLMs), text-to-speech generation, and realtime multimodal LLMs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive research initiatives and contribute to the advancement of our AI technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve our voice conversational AI system.
• Contribute to technical documentation, research papers, and patent applications to showcase our innovations and intellectual property.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and JAX.
• Candidates holding a recent PhD and eligible for a first permanent position (CDI) are especially encouraged to apply.
• Nice to have: Engineer's degree from top engineering schools.
• Nice to have: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in machine learning, publications at NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, *ACL, EMNLP, COLING, ICASSP, INTERSPEECH, prior experience in conversational AI.
