The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join the Product Intelligence Team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to uncover insights, drive testing, and shape the future of user experience across key areas like search, homepage, filters, and maps.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior to deliver actionable insights
• Support A/B testing end-to-end (setup to analysis)
• Identify trends and anomalies through regular data monitoring
• Build and deliver datasets to support product development
• Contribute to AI-driven feature development and experimentation

🎯 Goal: Improve the product experience through data-driven decision-making.

Team Setup

• Approx. 8–10 people in the Product Intelligence team
• Includes PMs, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Engineers, and QA
• Role reports to the Data Analyst Team Lead

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role (up to 10 years considered)
• Strong A/B testing experience
• Background working in product-oriented teams, preferably consumer-facing apps
• Tech-forward mindset
• Excellent communicator, quick learner, collaborative approach

💡 Preferred Industry Experience

• Travel, tech, e-commerce, fintech, or product-led businesses (e.g., marketplaces, comparison platforms)

🛠️ Desirable Tech Stack

• SQL, Python, R, Hadoop, BigQuery
