Quality & Product Complaints Manager

Lead, coach and develop a small team, responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to consumer complaints and quality queries. This exciting leadership role works closely with our Product Safety team to identify key issues and concerns, and then working with our manufacturing teams and contract manufacturing partners to continuously strive to achieve the highest level of product quality
