🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

As the Lead Digital Project Manager, you’ll guide both projects and people. You’ll balance team oversight with hands-on project execution—managing digital solutions from strategy to launch.

• Lead and deliver complex digital projects (strategy to go-live)
• Coach and manage a team of 4 project managers
• Monitor project progress, planning, budgets, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and developers
• Maintain strong client relationships and keep delivery on track
• Set up scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Foster a productive, calm and enjoyable team culture

✅ You’ll Thrive Here If You...

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager in an agency environment
• Have 2+ years leading or mentoring a team
• Know how to motivate teams and clients alike
• Are experienced in both branding and digital platform projects
• Excel under pressure, managing deadlines, budgets, and expectations
• Naturally take the lead without needing to dominate
• Bring a sense of humour and a resilient mindset
