Senior Engine Programmer

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid or Remote within Europe)

The Role

We are seeking an Engine Programmer to develop and optimize the core systems that power our games. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to implement and refine engine features, tools, and workflows that enhance both developer efficiency and player experience.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain core engine systems and features.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other engineers to identify technical requirements and constraints.
• Develop and maintain documentation for engine systems and workflows.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues within the engine and related tools.
• Optimize engine performance to ensure smooth gameplay and efficient resource usage.
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• 3+ years of experience in game engine development.
• Proficiency in C++ and experience with Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong understanding of engine architecture, performance optimization, and memory management.
• Experience with multithreaded programming and cross-platform development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
