Project Coordinator

Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator you will work closely with the PMO team to learn the fundamentals of ServiceNow project delivery. Either shadowing/supporting a Sr. Engagement Manager (EM) Client Principle (CP) or Client Delivery Manager (CDM) on a project or taking on smaller projects as the lead you will begin to understand the ServiceNow technology as well as the methodology used for delivering with excellence.

Responsibilities

Entry level position within the PMO where you will learn the ins and outs of delivering projects on the ServiceNow platform.

Working closely with a MentERA or a dedicated Team Lead you will assist a Sr. EM CP or CDM on project deliverables Budget reports Resource plans Status reports Documenting workshop notes RIDAC Tracking Support customer requests and communication with the project team as needed.

Manage meetings with the project team as requested by the Sr. EM and capture notes for transparency.

Manage meetings with the customer as agreed upon with the Sr. EM and capture notes for transparency Administrative assistance in ServiceNow to support the team or project or lead.

Certifications Required

Working knowledge or awareness of project methodologies Working knowledge or awareness of agile methods.
