CPM Project Manager – Financial Consolidation & Reporting System Implementation
📍 Lund, Sweden – Onsite
📅 18-Month Contract
An excellent opportunity for a CPM Project manager to join a leading end client in Lund, Sweden on a minimum 18 month contract. You will be responsible for leading the full implementation of a new Corporate Performance Management (CPM) system, focused on financial consolidation and reporting.
This is a business-critical project within a wider finance transformation programme, and the successful candidate will play a key role in driving delivery from initiation through to go-live and stabilization.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
- Act as the central point of contact between IT, Finance, and the external software vendor.
- Oversee governance processes including risk/issue management and project reporting.
- Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Lead change management activities and support user training and onboarding.
- Coordinate across multiple business units and manage interdependent workstreams.
✅ Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience leading complex enterprise-level projects.
- Strong background in IT or finance project delivery, ideally with CPM or ERP system experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with financial consolidation, group reporting, or financial transformation is highly advantageous.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP) is preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and structured change management practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Must be able to work onsite in Lund, Sweden – remote is not an option.
