Due to new project ramp-up for leading EU-based OEM in area of Android Automotive IVI, Intellias is glad to announce a vacancy for Android Automotive Engineer position!

What Project We Have For You

This project is dedicated to enhancing Wireless In-Car Services through the development, integration, and support of Android-based applications and platform components, with a strong focus on Bluetooth and WLAN stack functionalities. The scope includes both application-level and platform-level development, as well as platform architecture design to ensure a robust and scalable wireless service infrastructure.

What You Will Do

• SAFe-based development of Android applications for wireless services and its interfaces.
• Maintenance and the ongoing development for Android based wireless services platform.
• Android platform development and AOSP-compliant architecture work of the wireless services platform.
  
  

What You Need For This

• Good Kotlin and Java development skills with a solid understanding of Android application architecture.
• Good knowledge of MVI, MVVM, and clean architecture principles.
• Familiarity with Jetpack libraries, including Jetpack Compose.
• Experience in multithreading and concurrency using Kotlin Coroutines and/or RxJava.
• Knowledge of Android Studio, gradle.
• Confident with Git-based version control, including branching strategies and CI workflows.
• Experience with using Android SDK.
• Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks like Hilt or Koin.
• Basic jni experience.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with Android IPC mechanisms.
• Knowledge of the AOSP environment/code.
• Android Automotive platform experience.
• Basic linux experience.
