Manual Tester with AI

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Test Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in the project. This strategic program aims to establish a strong foundation for AI adoption, initially focusing on Generative AI, by building fit-for-purpose platforms and services. As an AI Test Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of innovative AI applications developed by our Team. Your expertise in both traditional software testing and specialized methodologies for LLM-based and AI systems will be vital in establishing an AI Knowledge Center.

Your tasks

• Liaise with subject matter experts/Product Owners externally and internally
• Analyze business requirements and propose interpretations with functional and non-functional requirements (documented in Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, etc.)
• Validate IT requirement description quality and test cases against requirements and document test results according to the customer’s Testing and Quality Standards
• Detail IT requirements as feature/user story/acceptance criteria
• Write clear and comprehensive test documentation
• Check bug reports against requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Deep understanding of ISTQB-related testing techniques
• Expertise in relational and/or non-relational database technologies
• Experience in ETL, working with Big Data technologies, particularly working with large datasets, processing, and parallelization
• Hands-on experience in Cucumber/Gherkin to work in BDD-based software development
• Familiarity with API Testing using Postman, Swagger
• Knowledge of generative AI (GenAI) technologies and tools, including multimodal setup, prompt engineering, and Natural Language Processing (LLMs)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to improving test processes
