Sr Software Engineer (AI-powered robots)

Employer: AI-powered industrial robots manufacturer

Warsaw / hybrid

Salary: 25-32k PLN brutto + equity

Tasks:

• Building modular and expandable control system for the robot actions
• Use data to build heuristics
• Detecting anomalies
• Smart placing, Tetris-like algorithms
• Interfaces and APIs for integration

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Technical leadership / software design skills
• Experience in any major programming languages (backend / full-stack) - preferably Python
• Knowledge of software architecture design, algorithms, data-driven approach, data structures, complex systems design & development
• Problem solver
• Knowledge of whole SDLC process
• Fluent in English
• Nice to have: Python, experience in physics/physical world-related coding, robotics, AI/ML, analytics, Real time / low latency, multithreading, knowledge of SCM/Warehousing, experience with WMS, software-hardware interactions
