AI Engineer — AI Product Studio

We’re launching an AI Product Studio built to ship fast, test ideas, and kill what doesn’t work. We’re not looking to win awards for code elegance — we’re here to build products that get real users, real feedback, and real traction.

Now we’re looking for a AI Engineer to join at day zero.

Who You Are

• Builder > Purist: You care about outcomes more than code poetry. You don’t care about tabs vs. spaces — you ship.
• Stack-Agnostic: You use the tools that get the job done. Python? Node? Rust? Doesn’t matter. You’ll duct tape a solution if it proves a point.
• AI-Native: You build with Cursor, Windsurf, have OpenAI or Claud open with architecture discussions or run it all local with Hugging Face. You know the difference between hype and real value.
• Bias for Action: You default to building. You ship multiple times a week. You believe momentum is everything.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Build and launch products/companies from scratch — idea to live in days, not months.
• Own the full stack. Backend, frontend, infra. We’re a small team — everyone’s hands-on.
• Rapidly prototype, kill, or double down based on data.
• Work directly with the founder to decide what we build next.
• Help set the technical foundation and culture of speed, ownership, and experimentation.

A product studio that treats ideas like code — versioned, tested, and iterated. Think Tiny, YC’s Product Team, or Superside’s venture studio — but hyper-focused on AI workflows, agents, and automation tools.

We’ll test fast, launch faster, and build a portfolio of profitable micro-products and breakout SaaS bets.
