Conversational AI Applications – Business Analyst / Product Owner

TEB Arf is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our AI & Data Science team and contribute the development of cutting-edge conversational AI applications! You'll play a key role in shaping how we engage with customers and empower our staff through innovative AI solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Shape the Vision: Define the product strategy and roadmap for conversational AI, aligning with business goals, leveraging GenAI, RAG, IDP, and Agentic AI.
• Gather & Define Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements for chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents. Focus areas include:
• RAG for internal knowledge access
• IDP for automating document processes
• Agentic AI for complex business processes
• GenAI based internal staff and, customer services chat assistants
• Voice based customer services assistants
• Prioritize & Manage: Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with AI Engineers, development and SDLC teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Stay Ahead: Research and apply the latest advancements in Conversational AI technologies.
• Ensure Quality: Participate in UAT and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner delivering AI applications and solutions.
• Strong understanding of Conversational AI concepts (NLP, NLU, etc.). Familiarity with RAG, IDP, GenAI, and Agentic AI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• A passion for creating user-centric AI solutions.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with AI/ML projects in financial services.
• Experience with document automation technologies.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Banking/Financial Services industry experience.
