Desired Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields,
• 4+ years of experience as IT Project Manager, preferably in banking and finance industry,
• Strong knowledge of project management standards, methodologies and processes,
• Ability to collaborate with business user and business analyst teams to communicate and coordinate the Project,
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking, giving importance to documentation, following current project management trends,
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams

Principal Responsibilities

• Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle from requirement gathering through deployment and support.
• Lead and execute all project management activities to ensure successful delivery within defined scope, time, and budget constraints
• Prepare comprehensive project plans, establish and coordinate project teams, and track progress in alignment with defined objectives
• Facilitate communication and coordination with project stakeholders,
• Manage and monitor the project risks; implement mitigation strategies when necessary
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to project sponsors and relevant committees
• Ensure all project activities are compliant with internal procedures and applicable regulations
• Maintaining project documentation in line with corporate project management standards
