Our client is a rapidly growing chain of 24/7 fitness centres rooted in Dubai, UAE, known as “The People’s Gym.” This role is Dubai based, and will be supported by a full expat package plus relocation costs. In addition to a highly lucrative tax free salary, the position comes with vested equity from day one.

About the Role

As they scale across the region, your mission is to sculpt the digital backbone of their business: a seamless, intelligent, always-on ecosystem that fuels retention, engagement, and monetization. You will own the end-to-end technology stack, including mobile and web platforms, subscription payments infrastructure, AI-enabled customer tools, and a world-class Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will not only lead technology, but also shape the future of how members interact —designing a "digital home" that amplifies their fitness journeys across physical and digital touchpoints.
