Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Engineering Manager with a strong background in software development using C# and .NET. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of hands-on experience, a proven track record of managing teams, and a deep understanding of modern development practices, including databases, cloud services, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strong technical hands on experience in C#, .NET, Database design, using Azure cloud services and building scalable and high performance systems, Sets high bar for quality deliverables,

● Good understanding of Front technologies like Angular for web and ReactNative for apps will be an advantage.

● Work closely with Product, cross function teams to discuss the problems and propose viable solutions that can be implemented

● Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions using C# and .NET. Ensure that all development efforts adhere to best practices and industry standards.

● Participate in Sprint planning creating incremental impact on product delivery.

● Demonstrate a strong understanding of database design, development, and migration. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization.

● Leverage Azure cloud services to build scalable and reliable applications. Lead efforts in cloud migration, architecture, and maintenance.

● Work closely with devOps to get the services, solutions deployed

● Show high ownership of the services that the team manages ensuring high quality, high availability, and meet the SLA, SLO defined for the services.

● Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration to achieve scalability and maintainability of applications.

● Explore and leverage AI solutions to problems at hand.

● Exhibit strong debugging skills to identify and resolve complex issues promptly. Implement proactive measures to prevent recurrence.

● Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise explanations.

● Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Perform performance reviews for the teams they are responsible for.

Required Qualifications:

● 12+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on C# and .NET.

● At least 2+ years of Proven experience in managing and leading engineering teams.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

● Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Certification in Azure, Architect or related technologies.
