Overview Of The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of our cross-functional product squads and help shape the future of the Ardoq platform.

This is a highly strategic role focused on discovery, prioritization, and delivery. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and commercial teams to deeply understand our customers’ needs and translate them into products that drive real value.

We’re looking for someone with a commercial mindset, strong customer focus, and a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, from early discovery to successful go-to-market.

Reports to: Principal Product Manager

On a Typical Day, You Will

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a key product area, balancing short-term impact with long-term vision
• Drive product discovery with users, prospects, and internal teams to identify problems worth solving
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering to define solutions, scope work, and deliver value
• Use data and insights to drive decision-making and continuously improve product performance
• Align with stakeholders across the business, ensuring transparency, buy-in, and shared goals
• Support your product team with clarity, structure, and a focus on outcomes
• Help evolve our product practices, contributing to a culture of experimentation, learning, and customer obsession
  
  

We Imagine You Will Bring

• A strong track record of delivering B2B SaaS products; ideally in complex, data-driven environments
• Experience working in start-ups or scale-ups where you've owned strategy and shipped real products
• Deep understanding of product discovery, product-market fit, and outcome-driven development
• Excellent execution skills enabling you to transform strategic visions into action
• Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can rally teams, explain your thinking, and influence decisions
• The ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and commercial priorities
• Comfort working with technical products and collaborating closely with engineers
• Bonus points for experience in data visualization, enterprise software, or platform products
