We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our software endeavors. In this role, you help AutoStore engage with our client base to help our software products adapt for the future. We look forward to reviewing your application!

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and prioritize product roadmap and strategy for assigned product areas
  • Partner with engineering, user experience, sales, and marketing to ensure products meet customer needs and business goals
  • Communicate product strategy and context to internal stakeholders, and present product demonstrations to clients and prospects
  • Drive market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Develop and manage product requirements, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders
  • Track product performance metrics and analyze data to optimize features and user experience
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in robotics and warehouse automation
  • Build business cases for potential new products in collaboration with the product strategy team
  • Develop core value propositions and market messaging in support of new product announcements


KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • At least 3 years' experience in a product role focused on building Software products
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in user research and data analysis
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies a plus
  • Experience with English is our official working language, so a proficient level in English is a requirement.
