During the Summer Internship you will be working under the supervision of a qualified member of the personal team to assist and support with the pre mobilization activates of field personnel.

As an Intern within the Personnel Logistics Coordination team, you will be responsible for:

• Issuing check-ins / booking helicopter seats / providing offshore certification to clients
• Managing Travel bookings
• Logging offshore days into OCS system
• Learning how to use, update and implement Dawinci personnel & logistics software
• Arranging Police Reports / Visas / Work Permits
• Issuing client CBT's & ensuring pre mob inductions are complete
• Managing certification expiries for stoppable certification & booking renewals
• Supporting fellow PLC's
