Role Overview: As an Onboarding Specialist within the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in creating a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new employees. You’ll work closely with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to ensure every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and set up for success from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires across departments
- Collaborate with recruiters and HR to ensure smooth handoffs post-offer
- Deliver engaging orientation sessions and onboarding communications
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external onboarding requirements (e.g., documentation, visa, relocation support)
- Track and report onboarding metrics to measure experience and identify improvement opportunities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new employees during their first 90 days
- Continually enhance the onboarding journey in alignment with Innovo Group’s culture and values
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in onboarding or HR operations within the Gulf region
- Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and onboarding compliance practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for people experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and experienced with onboarding systems or HRIS platforms
