As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll help shape the intelligence behind our platform, enabling automation, smarter decision-making, and seamless human-AI interaction. You’ll be part of a talented, mission-focused team solving tough challenges using cutting-edge tools — and you’ll do it all from the comfort of your home in Montreal.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of intelligent, automated data workflows.
• Create and enhance AI features that improve user experience and reduce manual work.
• Manage and evolve our AI Assistant, helping users interact with data more intuitively.
• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver real business value.
• Monitor system performance and model accuracy, making data-backed decisions to refine and improve results.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior data scientists and support knowledge-sharing across teams.
• Collaborate across departments and borders to help evolve the AI backbone of our platform.
• Take initiative to identify, build, and implement innovative solutions that make a difference.

What You Bring to the Team

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in real-world environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (especially Microsoft Azure) is a strong asset.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, scalable solutions.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Clear communicator with a talent for explaining technical insights to diverse audiences.
• Experience designing human-centric AI tools or reducing reliance on manual data analysis is highly valued.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
