Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and optimize containerized environments and open-source infrastructure across multiple business units.
  2. Design and improve core infrastructure platforms, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/alerting systems, logging solutions, and infrastructure management tools.
  3. Rapidly diagnose and resolve incidents to minimize downtime and maintain service reliability.
  4. Ensure system resilience by refining architecture, deployment strategies, and operational processes.
  5. Champion automation to enhance efficiency, reduce toil, and eliminate manual workflows.
  6. Partner with engineering teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and reliability best practices.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
  2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure operations.
  3. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their core services.
  4. Advanced Linux administration skills including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  5. Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) for automation and operational efficiency.
  6. Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and key technologies (Nginx, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, JVM, etc.).
  7. Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and large-scale container orchestration.
  8. Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and GitOps practices.
