What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile software development teams, preferably in the banking or fintech domains.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial applications, or regulatory technology systems — experience working in environments that emphasize compliance, security, and data integrity.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with proven success delivering enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools to track progress, create dashboards, and manage team artifacts.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) with distributed teams.
• Experience in coaching cross-functional development teams (developers, testers, product owners) and enabling them to adopt Agile best practices and self-organization.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps culture, and working alongside technical teams to improve delivery velocity and product quality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills – able to coordinate between business analysts, technical leads, compliance, and product owners.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS), and ability to work in high-governance environments.
• Experience in banking platforms (e.g., loan origination, digital payments, trading systems, core banking) is a plus.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is highly desirable.
