At Commify we recognise that our people are our biggest asset; and we are now looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join our SMS Factor team.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure PHP applications
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure the delivery of user-friendly solutions
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our PHP development processes and practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging PHP frameworks and technologies
  • Effectively design, maintain, and track the PHP web applications.
  • Use common web development tools to create scalable, reliable apps and maintain them.

The Person

  • Solid experience with PHP development and Laravel framework
  • Strong understanding of Javascript and SQL
  • Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis, GoLang, Python or similar
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies, including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3 would be a benefit
  • Knowledge of database systems like MongoDB or MariaDB
  • Understanding of version control systems like Git
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Comfortable communicating in both English and French
