  • Oversee the design submittals / loading assumptions, soft and hard copies of calculations and drawings to provide comments and assurance on design standards, codes of safety and stability, strength and stiffness specifications when needed.
  • Develop a best-practice framework and system for civil/structural engineering across all projects in Qatar.
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise related to civil/structural engineering through various stages of project life-cycle.
  • Prepare standardized civil / structural Engineering methodologies, tools and best practices to ensure consistency in high quality deliverables.
  • Identify any changes to master plan that may have design implications, communicate to stakeholders and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide design input specific to horizontal and vertical design to Development Management for conducting feasibility study.
