Network Security Engineer

Are you ready to lead security engagements at the highest technical level? We are looking for a seasoned Security Engineer to join clients team onsite in Doha, representing Cisco and delivering mission-critical solutions to a high-profile customer.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Take a lead role in customer support activities—guiding less experienced engineers or partners to deliver results.
• Directly deliver subscription services and support onsite at the customer's premises.
• Drive best-practice implementations across large-scale infrastructure, minimizing service impact and optimizing performance.
• Operate as part of a team of elite engineers, representing Cisco on the front lines of cybersecurity and infrastructure defence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of total security experience, including 8+ years focused exclusively on network security.
• Expert-level troubleshooting skills in large-scale environments using Cisco (and ideally multi-vendor) security solutions.
• Proven ability to act as a technical advisor and consultant, engaging directly with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Deep technical expertise in Cisco security products, including:
• Cisco ISE (especially ACS to ISE migrations, wired/wireless integrations, profiling, posturing, pxGrid)
• Cisco NGFW (FTD and ASA for firewalls and VPN)
• Experience with Cisco Stealthwatch and other tools is a strong plus.
• Advanced understanding of network security design, configuration, and operations across Cisco routers, firewalls, and security solutions.
• CCIE Security certification is required.
