Agile Tester – Cards Agile - testing card products

We have an urgent requirement for Agile Tester – Cards Agile - testing card products including debit, credit, prepaid, and corporate cards in Agile environments is required for one of our banking client in Oman

Strong Experience of testing card products including debit, credit, prepaid, and corporate cards to apply for this role

Familiar with platforms like TSYS PRIME or ACI Postilion

Strong experience in banking domain is Must to apply for this role

Strong experience in Visa & MasterCard simulators and related testing tools is MUST

Strong experience in with UAT testing in Agile environments Must to apply for this role

Agile Tester with strong expertise in the banking and financial domain, particularly in payment systems focusing on card issuing and acquiring. The candidate will be an integral part of the bank’s Agile squad team, primarily responsible for business user acceptance testing (UAT) for payment systems such as credit, debit, prepaid, corporate cards, and related payment channels including Point of Sale (POS), QR, and Payment Gateway

Collaborate with the Agile squad team to perform business user testing for card payment systems.

Understand and analyze card issuing processes including debit, credit, and prepaid cards, with a strong focus on debit cards.

Understand card acquiring processes and business workflows.

Review and comprehend user stories and translate them into clear, concise UAT test cases ensuring sprint completion as per the “definition of done.”

Execute test cases, identify, document, and track defects, and ensure comprehensive reporting from the end-user (customer and operations) perspective.

Utilize simulators from Visa and MasterCard to validate payment flows and authorization processes.

Validate transaction authorization and clearing lifecycle within the card issuing process.

Test card processes including issuance, embossing files, card maintenance, renewals, replacements, settlements, transaction management, and reporting.

Support and participate in the Visa and MasterCard certification process, including the use of testing tools such as UL and VTS.

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure quality delivery.

Maintain test documentation and provide regular updates on test progress and issues.
