Role Overview We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed GTM Engineer with deep Webflow expertise, strong frontend development skills, and a strong eye for illustration and UI graphics. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and growth experiments—from concept to execution—building high-performing landing pages, marketing experiences, and product-led growth flows. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of growth, product, and design—perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, speed, and tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

Own Webflow development across the site, marketing pages, landing pages, and growth experiments
Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow builds
Implement smooth UX and interactions using custom code and Webflow’s native capabilities
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute fast-paced go-to-market campaigns
Apply illustration and UI graphic skills to enhance visual quality and storytelling on key pages
Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests using VWO (Visual Website Optimizer) and other experimentation tools
Ensure technical SEO best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
Maintain and improve Webflow CMS and design system scalability
Monitor performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and VWO
Continuously improve conversion flow and UX through data-backed testing and iteration

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in frontend engineering, no-code/low-code platforms, or Webflow development
Demonstrable experience in illustration and UI graphics (portfolio or sample work required)
Strong hands-on experience with VWO, Google Optimize, or similar A/B testing platforms
Portfolio of Webflow projects (ideally live)
Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals and ability to integrate custom scripts when needed

Proficiency in Figma and ability to work with product/design teams fluidly

Solid understanding of responsive design, web performance, and UX best practices
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and CRO is a plus
