Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Hands-on experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Good understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability.
• Experience designing and delivering world-class digital experiences for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Familiarity with integrating Artificial Intelligence into the design process (e.g., using AI for ideation, user research, content generation, or design automation).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, rationale, and impactful results.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, FigJam.
• English proficiency at a B2+ level or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in a relevant project domain or designing similar products.
• Knowledge of interface animation to enhance user experiences.
• Experience with multi-language or multi-regional websites.
• Experience working with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and running A/B tests to inform design decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, with experience in coaching and developing teams.

Responsibilities:

• * Stay current on industry trends and advocate for design best practices.
• Redesign and optimize websites for a global audience across 100+ countries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with business goals and user needs.
• Design web and mobile solutions, taking projects from concept through implementation.
• Conduct usability testing, run surveys, analyze results, and iterate on designs.
• Ensure consistent application of the design system and visual language.
• Create prototypes to visualize interactions and gather feedback.
• Present your work clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and insights through presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions for the design community.
