Team Description

The Sui Community team is looking for a highly creative, strategic, and Web3-native Social Media Manager & Web3 Growth Lead. You’ll bring a blend of Web2 social media expertise and deep involvement in Web3 communities. Your mission is to drive growth through social media campaigns, platform-native content, and meaningful community engagement across Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, and beyond. You'll own campaign execution from start to finish, helping Sui become the most engaged L1 ecosystem in the space.

Role Description

We’re seeking someone with experience leading social and growth campaigns in both Web2 and Web3. You will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of social media growth campaigns - driving awareness, activating communities, and translating technical innovations into engaging narratives. You'll be the connective tissue between content, product, and community - managing your calendar, writing compelling scripts, partnering with creators, and tapping into native platform mechanics and culture.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage growth-focused campaigns across Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
• Write short-form copy and scripts that distill complex blockchain ideas into accessible, engaging content.
• Plan, coordinate, and own Web3 campaign execution, from ideation to reporting.
• Lead community engagement tactics: giveaways, AMAs, live shows, quests, and native platform activations.
• Collaborate with designers, animators, and video creators to produce educational and viral content.
• Manage a multi-channel content calendar tied to ecosystem events, product launches, and key narratives.
• Grow and optimize Sui’s presence across Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, with a clear focus on growth KPIs.
• Actively reach out to and activate Web3 communities, influencers, and partner projects.
• Track industry trends and culture to keep Sui at the forefront of Web3 narratives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Web2 and Web3 social campaigns, with measurable growth results.
• Strong copywriting skills and scriptwriting for video and paid ads, with native fluency in English.
• Experience with TikTok content production and creator platform tools is highly valued.
• Deep involvement in Web3 communities and culture, especially in BTC staking and protocol ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of Web3 marketing mechanics (quests, airdrops, meme campaigns, influencer loops).
• Strong project management and autonomy: you own the calendar, coordinate teams, and deliver results.
• Creative thinker with high visual and cultural literacy—able to turn blockchain products into viral stories.
• Comfortable navigating both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
• Familiarity with paid campaigns, sponsorships, and community growth funnels.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Deeply embedded in Web3 communities, especially Bitcoin-native ecosystems.
• Proven experience leading Web3-native content or community initiatives from the ground up.
• Strong track record of launching and growing Web3 campaigns, including hands-on outreach to partner communities.
• Comfortable hosting Spaces, AMAs, and livestreams, and confident speaking on Web3 trends and protocol-level concepts.
