Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in full stack development, particularly in ReactJS and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development, with a proven track record in both frontend and backend technologies. This role requires a hands on leader who can guide a team in delivering high quality software solutions while ensuring best practices in development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Manage CI/CD processes and ensure smooth deployment of applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mandatory Skills

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
• Backend Development: Minimum 4 years of experience with Spring Boot and at least 2 years with Spring Boot Web Services.
• Java: At least 8 years of experience in Java, with hands on experience in Java 8 or above.
• Frontend Development: Minimum 4 years of experience with ReactJS or Angular 9 and above.
• HTML/CSS: Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3.
• JavaScript​: Minimum 2 years of experience with ECMAScript 6 and modern JavaScript features
• Database: Experience with SQL databases (e.g., Oracle 11g or above) and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus
• Cloud Platforms: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure IaaS) and understanding of cloud terminologies
• CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., GIT, Jenkins, Bamboo)
• Testing: Proficient in JUnit and Mockito framework for unit testing
