As this business embarks on significant growth and transformation, with a strong focus on driving connectivity with its customers through compelling content across multiple channels including web and mobile, they are scaling their teams to bring in specialist resources. to this end, you'll play a lead role in bringing customer-facing websites to life through engaging, high-performing content that informs, converts, and delivers great user experiences.

Picture yourself as the Digital Producer across multiple digital platforms, working closely the squads to build pages for web and mobile applications, playing a key role in optimising the digital customer journey and supporting lead generation through content and UX/UI excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Create content pages for web and mobile apps.
• Leverage available components within the CMS platforms to build and deploy pages.
• Create content aligned with brand guildelines while creating remarkable UX and delivering best practice SEO.
• Create digital content that supports search engine ranking.
• Collaborate within a cross functional squad of UX designers, testers, engineers and BAs.
• Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, review, retro showcase and backlog refinement.
• Participate in UAT and PVT testing.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For and What It'll Take to Drive Impact

• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile framework ideally from SAAS, financial services or tech/product led organisations.
• Demonstrated experience in page, component building and content production for mobile and web applications.
• Experience with content management systems eg Optimizely or Wordpress.
• Experience using Figma or Sketch, taking designs into CMS build.
• Experience using Jira to manage sprint deliverables.
• A keen eye for detail and UX/UI design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• A passion for working closely with diverse stakeholder groups.
