Senior Automation Tester (.NET)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Tester with specialized skills in .NET to join our team.

This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS eLearning platform built on the Microsoft .NET framework. You will work closely with a collaborative engineering team to develop effective testing strategies and contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge software solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with the software design team to define testing parameters and establish quality assurance strategies
Evaluate software applications to identify vulnerabilities and areas requiring testing focus
Create and implement automated testing workflows to ensure system reliability and performance
Analyze bug reports to pinpoint problem areas and prioritize testing activities accordingly
Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues and refine testing processes
Detect quality issues and provide stakeholders with detailed test reports
Collaborate with developers to resolve application errors and optimize functionality
Continuously expand knowledge of relevant technologies and applications to enhance testing capabilities
Conduct testing in an Agile (Scrum) environment, contributing to team discussions and decision-making processes
Adopt Scrum practices and actively participate in team improvement initiatives and methodologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automation Tester or a comparable role
Proficiency in manual, automated, and API testing using tools such as Postman, Playwright, and SpecFlow
Experience testing mobile applications and developing automation frameworks for Android and iOS systems
Strong programming skills, particularly in C#
Keen attention to detail and experience testing across modern browsers and mobile platforms
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

Background in writing automation scripts and implementing software applications to improve testing workflows and system efficiency
