Buscamos un Analista Funcional para trabajar en nuestra área de Operaciones en un proyecto bancario. Esta posición requiere ir a las oficinas del cliente dos veces por semana.

Requisitos

• Poseer título universitario o ser estudiante avanzado en Informática o Ciencias Exactas (Licenciatura en Sistemas, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial y afines), Ciencias Económicas (Contador Público, Administración y afines) Organización Bancaria o Comercio Exterior.
• Conocimiento de las normas regulatorias del BCRA y la legislación vigente.
• Conocimiento y experiencia en servicios financieros y banca digital.
• Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles.
• Capacidad analítica, de investigación y negociación.
• Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
• Experiencia realizando análisis GAP, recomendar soluciones, documentar requerimientos, crear especificaciones funcionales y preparar esquemas/diagramas de flujo
• Experiencia preparando manuales de usuario, y otros informes.
  
  

Principales Tareas

• Identificar y analizar Normativa Interna del Banco y Externa
• Relevar las necesidades del cliente a nivel funcional
• Realizar el análisis y diseño de las funcionalidades, utilizando su capacidad analítica y su experiencia dentro de la industria
• Proponer mejoras y soluciones de acuerdo a las mejores prácticas de negocio, respetando aspectos legales y normativas vigentes.
• Establecer puntos de control interno
• Trabajar en equipo colaborando para que las definiciones se cumplan en tiempo y forma.
• Mantener reuniones con el negocio
• Documentar los resultados en un requerimiento funcional dentro de la estructura del proyecto. - Elaborar los manuales de usuario correspondientesSe valoran:- Conocimiento en Relaciones Técnicas, NIIF y Regímenes Informativos, Exterior y Cambios, SNP, MEP, Préstamos, Cuenta Corriente, entre otras.
• Conocimiento del sistema financiero: asuntos tributarios, prevención de lavado de activo, comercio exterior y cambios, depósitos, inversiones, recaudaciones, asistencia crediticia, riesgo crediticio, medios de pago (tarjetas de crédito/ tarjeta de débito) y sistema nacional de pagos.
