Product Manager – Payments, Daily Banking & Savings (f/m/d)

(Vienna based, full-time, 38,5h/week)

Your responsibilities

• Act as a Product Manager in a team specialized in current accounts, savings, cards and payment use cases design & development.
• Key role in managing end-to-end initiatives in Daily Banking area for retail clients in Poland and shaping the bank’s strategy.
• Involved in managing Daily Banking products (pricing strategies, win and retain customers).
• Provide subject matter expertise on how features will be implemented.
• Design top-quality customer journeys. Prioritize backlog and ensure high quality business design.
• Participate in planning of delivery releases, incl. agile team ceremonies, participate in defining delivery road map.
• Act as a customer advocate.

Your qualifications

• 5+ years in product management / product owner roles, responsible for product design & development within a retail bank or payment services provider.
• Experience with implementation of local and cross-border payment solutions, understanding of payment rails and European payments regulations, and an understanding of basic FX products.
• Understanding bank product back-end setup.
• Experienced in regulatory framework around Daily Banking and Payments products in EU/Poland.
• Digital savvy, passionate about digital banking industry and financial innovations.
• Fluent English, Polish would be an advantage

Our offer

• The starting gross salary for this full-time role on an All-In basis, assuming full compliance with the profile, is EUR 85,000 per year. However, this is merely a guideline—we look forward to discussing your actual salary during our conversation!
