Functional Analyst – The Role

• Business & Functional Analysis : Understand client requirements, translate them into detailed specifications, and ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.

• Project Lifecycle Involvement : Participate in workshops, define use cases, support development teams, and assist in testing and validation phases.

• Process Optimization : Propose improvements based on customer feedback and system usage to enhance eLiciency and user experience.

• Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a key liaison between business users, software developers, and project managers—ensuring seamless communication across all levels.

Functional Analyst – Your Profile

• Language Skills: You are trilingual in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written), and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

• Experience & Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field, with 2–5 years of experience in a functional/business analyst role, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software solutions.

• Analytical & Communication Strengths: Skilled in gathering requirements, writing documentation, and guiding end-users. You can switch between technical and non-technical language with ease.

• Tools & Methodologies: BPMN, UML, Jira/Confluence, ERP/WMS systems, and Agile/Scrum environments.
